Mwah. Finished him, finally. Amazingly, lol.

Everyone was up extremely early, and fairly sickly this morning. I dragged my art crap out and sat down and finished coloring him while keeping an eye on the dogs.

Graf recently went thru some heavy personal trauma, but he's coming off stronger and better for it.

Color-wise I tried to be more realistic and sensitive to my lighting. I really wanted to keep as much of the inkwork detail and feel in the finished version, and I think I did a decent job of it!

I decided not to add a background to this. There's already alot going on, and the color scheme is limited. Bringing another color in would really take away from the focus and details.

Inkd with a Micron 03. Crayola, Prisma, and Farber-Castel colored pencils over Prisma marker base tones, on cardstock.

You're shading and inking are simply to die for! This piece really showcases your talent with a pen. You always do such a fantastic job with details. This time, I REALLY love the hair. It looks like you can see every individual strand. The expression is also freaking brutal. <3
